Memory is continuously being updated, using hearing, vision, taste, smell and touch. It is further modified by mood, sleep, diets, habits, medications and social interactions. Aging does not equal memory loss, and “senility” really means getting old, not demented. The talk will focus on preserving memory and adapting to the current social settings, including the effects of Covid on the brain.
