Description: In this sweet afternoon class, we will be practicing beginner's Yoga, featuring gentle stretches and feel good postures. It is an easy and enjoyable way to practice balance, strength and relaxation. You will leave feeling revitalized and at ease. Some light chanting and meditation included. All are welcome! ENROLL NOW, AS THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 8 PARTICIPANTS.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Juliet Smith has decades of Yoga experience, including Sivananda Yoga, Rishikesh India Kundalini Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and she is currently working as a massage therapist.
