Redwing Keyssar, Director of Education at the UCSF MERI Center, has been leading people through the process of creating meaningful Advance Directives for Healthcare for the past 30 years. *Must attend both classes as it is a 2 part workshop. Create a personalized plan to honor your wishes for how you want to be treated in a hospital setting. Understand the differences between all the names and types of documents: Advance Directives; Power of Attorney etc. Second Session: answer questions about completed documents, finalize, sign and make it a legal document. A notary will be onsite during the second session to legalize documents. If interested in this service please bring a valid ID or passport. This is a 2 part series, you must attend both classes. Limited space is available.
