Gravenstein Health Action Coalition {GHAC) would like to meet and talk with West County residents who:

• recognize that in times of emergency {like an earthquake, flood, or fire evacuation) you may not have a support network to help you do what you need to do

• think there may be support services or community groups {medical, social, emergency,etc.) that you are unaware of that may benefit you

• feel isolated {for any reason or in any way)

Please join us for coffee, tea and snacks. Your input will help us identify gaps in awareness and access to community support, aiming to reduce isolation and improve community resilience in times of crisis.
