Remember when giving a ride was the neighborly thing to do? It still is! |

WHAT WE DO
The VOLUNTEER DRIVER TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM is a community based, volunteer program which provides rides to medical and social service appointments to people 60 and over from the West County areas. The VOLUNTEER DRIVER TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM was developed by the Sebastopol Area Senior Center, in collaboration with the Russian River Senior Resource Center in response to the identified, unmet transportation needs of our senior communities. The VOLUNTEER DRIVER TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM is presented in partnership with the Sonoma County Area Agency on Aging and Palm Drive Hospital. Our trained VOLUNTEER DRIVERS are community members who generously donate their time and gas so our neighbors can get their health care needs met. |
