Adult Day Services has changed its name to Senior Social Club

The Senior Social Club helps many Sonoma County seniors stay healthy, happy and involved.  Some of the activities offered are:
  • Discussions on current events, feelings and other topics
  • Entertainment
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Visits by animals and by children
  • Gentle exercise
  • Meals
  • Guest Speakers
  • Field trips
  • Companionship with other Seniors

If withdrawal, physical disability or confusion have led to social isolation, the Adult Day Services program can help.  We offer a gathering place for isolated seniors to associate with others, have a good companionship and enjoy life.

The Council on Aging and the Sebastopol Area Senior Center are acting as a team to make this program available in Sebastopol.  The activities are provided  by the Council on Aging and the facilities are made available by the Sebastopol Area Senior Center.
